How it works
1. First-Time Check-In
Begin by measuring and setting your baseline breathing capacity and heart activity. This information is used to develop a personalized breathwork journey tailored to your needs.
2. Pick your immediate purpose or longer-term goal
Choose from variety of breathworks for immediate need. Or set longer term goals and choose the goal. Or if you are using the platform with coach, choose breathwork designed by coach for you.
3. Choose the Biofeedback Mode
If you have a device, you can choose device mode. If you don't have device yet, you can choose phone camera mode to get real-time biofeedback.
4. Follow the Target
Simply start following the targeted breathing pattern displayed on the app
5. Performance Report & Impact Assessment
After completing each session, review your performance report and assess the impact of the exercise on your heart activity, providing valuable insights into your progress.
6. Share with Coach
Keep your breathwork coach in the loop by sharing your performance report, enabling them to provide personalized guidance and support throughout your journey.
